Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") describes how AI SPORT HUB LLP collects, uses, processes, and protects information about users when they use the AI SPORT mobile application (the "Application").
1. General Provisions
1.1. The data controller is AI SPORT HUB LLP.
1.2. By using the Application, the User confirms that they have read and agree to this Policy and the data processing practices described herein.
1.3. The Application is designed for analyzing training activity, maintaining statistics, and participating in sports challenges and competitions.
1.4. Personal data processing is carried out in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
2. Information We Collect
2.1. Account Information: phone number (used for registration and authentication).
2.2. User-Provided Information: first name, last name, username, age, gender, height, weight, training results and achievements. This data is used to accurately calculate training metrics and energy expenditure.
2.3. Training Data: exercise results, activity metrics, calculated calories burned, training statistics, distance, pace, and speed.
2.4. Media Files. The Application may process:
• workout videos recorded via the device camera;
• screen recordings created during challenges to generate a video report.
Videos are saved only upon the User's explicit action (by pressing the save button). Videos may have two visibility modes: private access (accessible only to the User) and public access (accessible to other users within competitions, tournaments, or marathons).
2.5. Location Data. The Application collects precise location (GPS) data, including in the background, during outdoor workouts (running, walking, etc.) in order to record the workout route, calculate distance, pace, and speed, and display the route on a map. Background location collection is required to continuously record the route while the device screen is off or the app is minimized. Location data is not used for advertising and is not shared with third parties for advertising purposes.
2.6. Motion Sensor Data. For accurate training metrics and GPS-track filtering, the Application uses device sensors: accelerometer, compass (magnetometer), and pedometer (step count). This data may be transmitted to the server together with the GPS track for route analysis and result verification.
2.7. Technical Information. The following may be collected automatically: IP address, device type, operating system, server access logs, diagnostic and crash data.
3. Use of Artificial Intelligence
3.1. Body motion analysis, skeleton modeling (keypoints), exercise recognition, and rep counting are performed locally on the User's device and do not require an internet connection.
3.2. Real-time image and video data is not transmitted to third-party AI services and is not used to train artificial intelligence models.
3.3. For GPS-based workouts (running, walking), the recorded route, accelerometer, and compass data are transmitted to the AI SPORT server (gps.aisport.kz) for route analysis, final metric calculation, and result-authenticity verification (anti-cheat).
3.4. Final workout results and saved videos are also transmitted to the server solely for storage and social features (competitions, rankings).
4. Purpose of Data Use
Collected data is used exclusively for:
• providing Application functionality;
• calculating training metrics;
• storing user statistics;
• displaying workout results;
• enabling participation in competitions and challenges;
• ensuring transparency of results;
• providing technical support;
• maintaining service security.
5. Data Transfer and Storage
5.1. User data is stored on server infrastructure located in the Republic of Kazakhstan using AWS S3 cloud storage.
5.2. Data transmission is performed through secure channels (HTTPS) using modern encryption methods.
5.3. The Application does not sell or share personal data with third parties except when necessary for infrastructure services or required by applicable law.
5.4. Service providers are required to maintain a level of data protection no less than that described in this Policy.
6. Third-Party Services
The following services are used:
• AWS S3 — data storage;
• MapTiler / MapLibre — map display; when a map is loaded, the IP address and map viewport are sent to the service.
These services receive only technical data necessary for operation.
7. Data Retention
7.1. User data is stored for as long as the account exists.
7.2. After account deletion, associated data is deleted or anonymized.
8. Device Permissions
The Application may request access to:
• camera;
• microphone;
• media files (photos and videos);
• location, including background location;
• motion sensors (accelerometer, pedometer);
• screen recording;
• notifications.
Denying permissions may limit Application functionality.
9. User Rights
Users have the right to:
• request information about their data;
• manage the saving of videos and statistics;
• delete their account;
• request deletion of personal data by deleting their account.
10. Data Protection
AI SPORT HUB LLP implements appropriate organizational and technical measures to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, and destruction.
11. Policy Changes
The Company reserves the right to update this Policy. The current version is always available within the Application.
