These Rules establish the procedure and conditions for processing User data within the framework of the activities of "AI SPORT HUB" LLP and the functioning of the AI SPORT Application.
1. Principles of Data Processing
1.1. Lawfulness and Good Faith: Data processing is carried out on a lawful and fair basis, exclusively for purposes related to the operation of the AI SPORT Application. 1.2. Purpose Specification: Data processing is limited to achieving specific, predetermined, and legitimate goals. The main goal is to provide the User with personalized sports recommendations using the AI algorithms of "AI SPORT HUB" LLP. 1.3. Data Minimization: The volume and content of the processed data are not excessive in relation to the purposes of processing (e.g., for providing a training plan through AI SPORT).
2. Procedure and Conditions for Processing
2.1. Processing Methods: Processing is carried out by automated means, including the collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, refinement (updating, changing), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data. 2.2. Processing Period: Data is processed throughout the entire period of the User's use of the AI SPORT Application and for five years after the account deletion for statistical reporting and analysis purposes, provided they are anonymized. 2.3. Confidentiality: "AI SPORT HUB" LLP ensures the confidentiality of the processed data and takes measures to protect them.
3. Data Anonymization
3.1. For the purpose of improving the operation of AI algorithms, "AI SPORT HUB" LLP may anonymize sports and biological data collected by the AI SPORT Application. Anonymized data may be used for the development of new features and research without being linked to a specific User.
