1. General Provisions and Scope

These Full Posting Rules (hereinafter — the Rules) define the requirements and conditions for the publication, use, and moderation of any user content within the innovative mobile application AI SPORT (hereinafter — the Application).

Acceptance of the Rules: The act of using the Application's functionality, including registration, data uploading, participation in challenges, or commenting, signifies the User's full and unconditional agreement with these Rules. If the User disagrees with any clause, they must immediately cease posting materials and using the interactive services of the Application.

2. Definitions and Types of Content

Content refers to any digital materials, data, or information that the User creates, uploads, publishes, displays, or otherwise provides in the Application, including, but not limited to:

Multimedia Content: Photos and videos of workouts, technique demonstrations, and recordings of sports results.

Textual Content: Comments, reviews, workout descriptions, personal notes, chat messages, and forum posts (if applicable).

Analytical Data: Exercise results, repetition counts, ranking scores, progress statistics, whether manually entered or processed by AI.

Identification Data: User avatars (profile pictures), nicknames, displayed name, status, and bio text.

3. Requirements and Conditions for Posting Content

Content posting by the User is permitted only upon compliance with the following mandatory conditions:

3.1. Compliance with Rights and Legislation

Ownership: The User must be the exclusive author or legal owner (possessing all necessary rights) of the material being posted.

Legality: The Content must not violate the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including, but not limited to, laws on copyright, protection of honor and dignity, and counteraction to extremism.

Third-Party Consent: Posting images, audio, or video recordings containing identifiable data (faces, voices) of third parties is only allowed with their explicit and written consent.

3.2. Prohibited Content (Strictly Prohibited)

It is strictly forbidden to publish, distribute, or otherwise provide content that contains:

Hate and Discrimination: Scenes of violence, threats, calls for aggression, incitement of ethnic, racial, religious, or gender discord.

Insults and Obscenity: Degradation of the honor and dignity of other users or third parties, use of obscene (profane) language in any form (including veiled or abbreviated forms).

False or Misleading Data: Falsification of sports results, forgery of video evidence, publication of knowingly false or unverified information about health and training.

Commerce and Spam: Unauthorized advertising, promotion of third-party goods/services, spam mailings, as well as political or religious statements/agitation.

Intimate Content: Pornographic material, display of nudity not directly related to the sports process (e.g., video recording of a massage procedure or medical examination).

Cyberbullying/Harassment: Targeted persecution, intimidation, or insulting of other platform participants.

4. Moderation, Supervision, and Enforcement Measures

4.1. Moderation Procedure

All Content posted on AI SPORT is subject to selective or automatic review by the administration and/or specialized moderation algorithms.

Moderation is carried out to ensure security, legality, and to maintain a comfortable, positive atmosphere on the platform.

4.2. Rights of AI SPORT Company

AI SPORT Company reserves the exclusive right, without prior notification to the User, to:

Deletion and Blocking of Content: Immediately delete, hide, restrict access to, or modify any materials that violate these Rules or the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

User Penalties: Temporarily or permanently block, suspend, or delete the User's account in case of repeated or serious violations of these Rules, with the annulment of all accumulated rankings and achievements.

Exclusion from Rankings: Hide the User's results from public rankings and challenges if there is suspicion of unfair data submission (misrepresentation, falsification).

5. Copyright and Licensing

5.1. Retention of Rights

The User retains all proprietary and personal non-proprietary copyrights to the Content they post in the Application.

5.2. Granting of Non-Exclusive License

By publishing Content in the Application, the User automatically grants AI SPORT Company a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive right (license) to:

• Display and Reproduction: Use the materials for correct display in the Application on various devices.
• Analytics and Statistics: Use the data (including video and photos) for internal analysis, generating statistics, rankings, news compilations, and reports.
• Public Use (Non-Commercial): Display the content (results, nicknames, avatars) within public sports rankings, leaderboards, and challenges.

AI SPORT undertakes not to use user Content for direct commercial advertising (e.g., in AI SPORT print or video promotional materials) without the author's additional written consent.

6. User Responsibility

The User bears full and sole legal responsibility for:

The reliability, accuracy, and relevance of all information and data they post.

Compliance with the copyright, related, patent, and trademark rights of third parties.

Any direct or indirect consequences (including lawsuits) arising from the publication of their materials.

Limitation of Company Liability: AI SPORT Company is not responsible for the legality, accuracy, or content of materials posted by Users.

7. Complaints and Appeals

If you discover Content that violates these Rules, legislation, or your legal rights, you may submit a complaint via:

The built-in complaint form in the mobile Application (recommended).

Review Period: The administration commits to reviewing the received appeal, conducting an investigation, and taking action (if necessary) within 5 business days from the moment of receipt.

8. Amendments to the Rules

AI SPORT reserves the right to unilaterally amend and supplement these Rules. The updated version of the Rules becomes binding for the User from the moment of its publication in the Application or on the official AI SPORT website.
