Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: October 23, 2025

This User Agreement (hereinafter – the "Agreement") governs the relationship between "AI SPORT HUB" LLP (hereinafter – the "Company" or "Owner"), registered under the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and the User of the AI SPORT application (hereinafter – the "Application").

1. General Provisions

1.1. By starting to use the AI SPORT Application, the User confirms that they have fully read and accepted the terms of this Agreement without any reservations. 1.2. The subject of this Agreement is the provision of User access to the functionality of the AI SPORT Application, including sports data analysis, recommendations, and personalized training plans. 1.3. The AI SPORT Application is the property of "AI SPORT HUB" LLP.

2. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

2.1. Rights of the Company ("AI SPORT HUB" LLP):

To change the functionality of the AI SPORT Application at any time.
To change the terms of this Agreement without prior notice to the User.
To block or delete the User's account in case of violation of the Agreement terms.

2.2. Obligations of the User:

To provide accurate information upon registration.
Not to use the AI SPORT Application for illegal or unauthorized activities.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

3.1. The AI SPORT Application is provided on an "as is" basis. "AI SPORT HUB" LLP does not guarantee that the Application's operation will be uninterrupted or error-free. 3.2. "AI SPORT HUB" LLP is not liable for any harm caused to the User's health as a result of following the recommendations of the AI SPORT Application. The User uses the Application's functionality at their own risk.

4. Final Provisions

4.1. All disputes arising in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiation. Failing agreement, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 4.2. Owner's details: "AI SPORT HUB" LLP. .
